Each quarter, JEBA staff reports on development news. In
addition to being very informational, this is a great networking opportunity
for neighborhood residents, business owners and community partners. Each
meeting is offered along with secured parking, light refreshments and a raffle.

Harvest Celebration
Due to demand and the overwhelming success of last year's
event, we are bringing back our annual Harvest Celebration!
All neighborhood residents are invited to participate.
Last year, there were nutritional snacks, story-telling, an
apple-hunt and a guess-the-weight-of-the-pumpkin contest.
More than 200 kids took advantage of this great event.
This year the event will be held on Monday, October 29,
6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Location to be announced.

Annual Dinner Meeting
JEBA is celebrating its 11th year of improving the quality of life on Detroit's lower eastside. This year's event will be held on Thursday, November 8 at 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. The event will be hosted by GoLightly Vocational Technical center located at 900

Comerica Bank Business Development Seminar Series
In collaboration with the East Warren Business United and Mack Avenue Business Association, JEBA is proud to announce an upcoming series of business development seminars. funded by Comerica Bank, this series will target business owners with topics such as The Importance of Customer Service and Tax Law for Small Business. TEAM SBA Financing Roundtable
As a part of our MI-SBTDC services, JEBA is able to offer
Financing Roundtables supported by the U.S. Small Business
Administration
