JEI’s Community Tech Consultant Program Helps Turn Visions Into Reality

Our Community Tech Consultant (CTC) program—formerly known as the Community Tech Worker (CTW) program—is designed to meet entrepreneurs & small businesses where they are and help them move forward with confidence.

One client’s story, Mary, perfectly illustrates this mission. She was among the first to enroll in JEI’s virtual Google Classroom, via our partnership with World Education Inc. What began as a digital introduction soon evolved into a meaningful collaboration!

Mary had recently purchased a brick-and-mortar space for her nonprofit organization and was in search of expert advice to bring her vision to life. She needed help selecting the right internet speed, sourcing podcasting equipment, and exploring smart board options to enhance her programming.

Through personalized support and strategic guidance, our CTCs helped her design a technology plan tailored to her goals. The experience also allowed JEI to strengthen its own service delivery—refining intake processes and documentation to better serve future clients.

Today, Mary’s nonprofit is underway with in a equipped tech-enabled space—and we’re proud to have been part of her journey.
