The Neighborhood Resource Hub, located in Jefferson-Chalmers, is a central access point for essential services and resources. It houses our housing counseling, home repair and energy efficiency programs, the AT&T Connected Learning Center, and small business and digital tech services—making it a true one-stop destination for residents and businesses alike.
