Do You Need Free 1:1 Help to Use Tech in Your Small Business?

The Community Tech Consultant (CTC) program is a grant-funded effort that was developed and piloted by JEI and the University of Michigan. It is designed to bridge the digital divide by providing local business owners with no-cost 1:1 technology support and training and to provide local community members with a new path to economic mobility.

From websites and search engine optimization, to social media and use of your device, we can help you save time and money by incorporating more technology into your business. We do not sell anything and you do not have to “apply” for anything - just schedule an appointment.

Consultations are confidential and held on-site at the JEI Neighborhood Resource Hub, 14300 E. Jefferson Ave, Detroit, 48215.

Schedule An Appointment: Sign up for an initial appointment with our Community Tech Consultant.
Initial Consultation: During the first meeting, the CTC will perform an intake assessment and diagnostic, determine the scope of work, and schedule a follow-up session.
Recommendations & Implementation: After your first meeting, your CTC will research solutions tailored specifically to your tech challenge. They'll come prepared to your second meeting with clear recommendations and practical options. Depending on your situation, you may resolve your issue immediately during this session or schedule an additional follow-up to receive personalized resources and training, empowering you to confidently handle the issue independently in the future.
