Join us for our next 1st Time Homebuyer Workshop on Saturday, July 25, from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM at the JEI Neighborhood Resource Hub, located at 14300 E. Jefferson Ave., Detroit.
*Participants may attend in person or online via Zoom.
Led by Donneva Tolbert, JEI’s HUD Housing Counselor, this workshop will bring together homeownership experts who will walk you through the process from start to finish, including mortgage readiness, working with a realtor, home inspections, closing preparation, Detroit down payment assistance programs, and long-term successful homeownership.
