Helping Detroiters to Save Energy and Money

Updated: Aug 25

This year, with support from the DTE Energy Efficiency Assistance (EEA) program, we’ve deployed over $587,000 in upgrades for 76 households—including new furnaces, air conditioning, insulation, and health and safety repairs tied to energy efficiency.

The result? Families are saving an average of $400 annually on utility bills—putting money back in their pockets. Together, we’re building a more energy-efficient and stable community.

Special thanks to DTE, SEEL LLC and ICF for their tremendous support and help to make this work possible.
